Web SMS The simplest way to send SMS!! Our main web page has a login area for account management and web SMS. Clients can enter contacts and maintain distribution lists or groups, without the complexity of interfacing with their business systems. This may be a cost-effective, low risk entry strategy into gaining the benefits of adopting SMS messaging as a business tool.
Email to SMS Any application or software that is capable of sending an email is now able to send an SMS. From backup notification to overdue bills in MYOB, customers can send emails to our gateway and CubeSMS will convert them to SMS and forward them on.
API

API with a core business system e.g. HR, CRM, Helpdesk, Billing etc. All of these applications can be enabled to send automated SMS messages out.

For example, a large helpdesk in an IT company could operate as follows using SMS messages for every step of this critical business process:

  • A required part has arrived for a technician to install=SMS to technician from Helpdesk
  • A job is in danger of not being addressed in the time frame set out in a specific customers SLA=SMS to TSM
  • Job allocation and location information for engineers=SMS from Helpdesk
  • Notification of completion of jobs to customers=SMS to customers
